Return and Refund Policy

We prioritize our relationship with customers, and if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
To start a return:
a) contact us at: office@taylemleafinc.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization RMA number;
b) once you have thoroughly reviewed the provided instructions, please proceed to prepare your items for shipping. Ensure that the products are placed in their original packaging. Please note that items which have been installed or modified are not eligible for returns.
c) After reviewing the instructions provided to you, prepare your products for shipment by making sure the merchandise is in its original packaging. Products that have been installed or altered are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must all be satisfied:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the device and its components should be in a new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with all original tags, and labels attached.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
d) After the merchandise is returned to the warehouse, a thorough inspection will be conducted. Once the inspection is completed successfully, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund. We anticipate that the credit will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least 20 days from the receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return process has been processed. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Under certain circumstances, there may be a small re-stocking fee associated with returns.
Refunds for shipping costs can only be provided if your return falls into one of the following categories:
- We sent you the wrong item(s).
- The item(s) you received arrived in a damaged condition.
- The item(s) did not function properly due to a manufacturing defect.
Please note that these conditions outline the specific scenarios in which shipping costs will be refunded. Other reasons for returns may not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
